I plan to renew my gym membership. It’s already been two weeks since I last went to the gym and exercised. Right now, I’m actually eating more than the usual intake and it seems like I’ll be bloated again. Long before everybody sees me, I’ll be back with some flab again. Supposedly, I would lose some weight because of some diet, but then I would regain them back but it’s more on muscles.

One of the things I like about the gym is having an infrared sauna. There’s something about excreting toxins through sweat after a good workout that I like because of the waste that also goes out. I guess it has something to do with the thoughts. A far infrared sauna is what I’m missing and is what’s motivating me to get back .

Anyway, I’ll probably wait some time next week until I renew it again. Hopefully, I’ll achieve my goal of pumping up some mass.

Before it was 150, I went down to 145. From 32 to 30. I lost 5 pounds and 2 inches? –> haha, I sound like a Dodo from an As Seen on TV commercial testifying for a product that promises you’ll get your desired body in just 2 weeks!  Haha.

But indeed I’ve lost weight. I don’t know if I’d hold going to the gym accountable since there was a point last week wherein I had to stay at home because I got sick. But despite that, I still went to the office to work. I was extremely exhausted at that time already that I just wanted to go on leave from work. I guess that made me thinner in some way. Lesson then? Get sick, lose weight! haha.

I still have about a week before my membership expires and I’m wondering if I still need to renew it when I can try joining another class so I’d know how to do a back flip. Oh well.

and now my joints are sore. Haha. It’s the first time I was able to sleep straight and I didn’t want to get up for work in a very long while! I need to fix some screws first and I know this will be temporary since I haven’t really had any major physical activity the past few weeks. But now that I’m back, even for a month only, at least I’ll have something to be busy with while doing something productive aside from just working my ass off by sitting. I hope I can achieve the body I want to be physically fit. Now, I just need to get some painkillers.

And so I upgraded this blogging platform to 2.8. Good thing my WYSIWYG editor is still here, unlike what happened to my first blog which totally deleted it.

I’m going to the gym! I noticed a change in my lifestyle as I’m assuming that I got my old weight back, darn, I should’ve weighed myself. Because of a 2-week diet plan that my colleague/yoga instructor prepared for me, I feel like I’ve gotten control of what I eat; though  there are the occasional slip-ups. Anyway, it’s still nice to be able to achieve something no matter how little it is. Now I just need some proper toning, which is what I was having problems with last year since I can’t really say NO to food especially desserts. haha. Oh well, it’ll only be for a month, we’ll see what will happen next. I’m crossing my fingers that the discount will still apply to me.

Still, I want to hit the gym as I’m on the verge of applying for a membership just around the corner. I figured I have to bulk up already to at least add some mass to my body.  I’m not skinny anymore but it seems my body’s not that well-proportioned either. I plan to work my chest out an my arms. I better get some used golf balls.

So when will it be? I hope I won’t delay it anymore. It’s the least I can do since I’m not doing anything yet with the free time as I’m awake.

muscle pain

I have muscle pains since yesterday because of the sudden work out I had two days ago. My shoulders are still numb and aching. Anyway, I’m too weak to even think about going to the gym. hehe. Well this will only be for the first few days. Once I work out on a regular basis, then I’ll be done.
