Sumilon Island
Went to Sumilon for a free trip to and checked out what the island could offer. It was nice because there were many activities and we took the liberty to try out a number of things. The Sumilon Island escapade was really great because it was FREE! haha. I’m a cheapskate at heart and when situations like these arise, I do my best to join in.
Come South, CamSur!
Had a blast at Camarines Sur between June 12-16, 2009! I can’t really describe how great the experience was, I’ll just post a few of the pictures here. Yeah, these are just a few out of a thousand shots, I believe. hehe.
I’ve just been to a movie watching Twilight with a couple of colleagues at work. We watched the movie around 5pm on a Saturday.
It’s been awhile since I last went out to just hang out. I don’t usually go and listen to bands and drink booze but this was an exception. I went out with my cousins whom we haven’t seen in 10 years already. We used to go to the beach during Sundays with my grandmother and it was a constant affair. Somehow, because of time and difference, all has changed. But now that we’ve seen each other again, we needed to bond. We went to The Outpost somewhere in Lahug. A band was playing which I didn’t recognize; first time to be there. My brother was the one who brought us there.
I’m in Manila right now because of work. Haha, this is my first official business trip where the company is paying for everything. Well, maybe just the food and some allowance but all is well. It’s been four days since we’ve checked in the hotel we’re staying and we’re finally getting the treatment we deserve.
Working almost everyday in an air-conditioned building, where the air you breathe isn’t going anywhere, one thing you most likely need aside from a thick jacket, would be some rest and relaxation. That’s why being a part of this supposedly growing call center industry, team buildings are a staple.
