I just renewed the site and it’s domain name. Somehow, I feel attached to this website compared to my first one which has more details. I guess this is because of how personal I can express thoughts here. It’s not that I don’t take things privately but I have more emotions in this site which I don’t normally talk about in other blogs.

August 28, 2008 — edcelThis blog is an outlet for showing the deeper side of me. Cause people just perceive me as a happy-go-lucky-person with no direction in life; even if it’s half-true. I just put a mask with a happy face every time I go to work or wherever; but deep inside, close people know the real me. That is, I’m surrounded with too much problems that I get mentally deranged sometimes.
Of Priorities and Promotions

More people are getting promoted at work. Most of the tenured agents are gaining confidence in applying for higher positions. Of course, if you’re bored of doing the same routine already, you’d find other means to do something more than your scope of work; that is if you’re open to change. And since I’m in an industry that is ever changing and growing, we need more and more people to fill up the available “Leader” positions to direct and handle people who are still starting.

May 11, 2008 — edcelI’m so tired from work. I can’t believe how many evaluations I had to do today just to reach our minimum quota for this fiscal month. To think that I only have 9 days left to complete my assigned monitoring and that I filed for leave for two days. I have to attend and create write ups for managers and their coaching as well; on which areas they have improved on. I don’t know what I’m going to do anymore. I know I shouldn’t be complaining knowing that I’m the one who wanted to go through this path in my career. Much more so that I’m planning to get promoted within this year again. I guess it’s just one of those days where you just want to do something else to get out of the monotony of everyday work.

The author is stuck somewhere in life.
He created this blog because his former blog expired unless he pay for subscription. And since he’s such a bit practical but actually more of a cheapskate, he transferred to another free blog site. He tried searching for other hosts out there, he already found one aside from WordPress. However, he found the simplicity quite refreshing. So he’s planning to keep this just to for the sake of keeping itself.
