I’m back on the beach but I’m sick. I’ve been exhausted for the past few days and I’m having a hard time recovering from the sickness. I don’t know why but I guess it’s because of too much travelling and not having enough rest.

July 25, 2010 — edcelI want to go to a beach again. I just went somewhere last month but I feel that there’s a need for me to get out of town and unwind. Maybe because of the moving and transferring to a new house has stressed me out. I still have a lot of tasks on my list but I’m taking them one day at a time. I’m actually a lot saner now compared to 6 months ago.

Had a great time chilling with my former teammates when we were in Boljoon. The water was just perfect but the company was even better. Videoke singing sessions, some booze to warm the night, endless internet surfing and updates and photo uploads (the last one is a bit controversial. hehe).

Had a fun time at this place for our team building activity. Didn’t have to pay much as there were funds allocated for the budget. I loved the sun, the sand and the waters. The weather was great and I couldn’t ask for something more.

December 8, 2009 — edcelStill working on some things, but it’s nice to take a break and hit the beach. Was able to try bringing my laptop with me in Malapascua. But I needed to have my own internet connection. I’ll probably subscribe to Smartbro’s Unlimited Plug It plan. Hopefully, it will really be a good travel companion whenever I go out of town so I can carry my work with me.

Yeah, I feel like it’s still summer. Although I’m a beach-freak, I’m not really keen on spending too much as I’m tight on a budget.
Anyway, freebies are always welcome.
It’s December and I can feel the cold air which is really great for nights of sleep –> no need more me to buy an AC.
I’ll be making a series of big decisions soon and I’m taking the time to spend the remaining days with good friends.

Went to Sumilon for a free trip to and checked out what the island could offer. It was nice because there were many activities and we took the liberty to try out a number of things. The Sumilon Island escapade was really great because it was FREE! haha. I’m a cheapskate at heart and when situations like these arise, I do my best to join in.

August 2, 2009 — edcelJust got back from a trip, and I got in FREE! I didn’t have to shell out anything for that event. Was so glad to get that much-needed break from stress at work. I needed to be with the waves and the sand, minus the sun. Although the weather didn’t cooperate, I’m just glad that somehow, the waves did.

Because I can’t stand the heat, I’m loving it too much because it reminds me that it’s the best time to go to the beach and meet new people and mingle with fellow beach bums like those in the Miami dating scene. Wouldn’t it be nice to just talk to people who love the sun, sand and the waters?

April 10, 2009 — edcelWas suffering from itchiness because of my skin that got burned because of too much hanging out under the sun when we went to a beach in Davao. The beach is my refuge, what can I say? Now I’m just suffering the consequence of peeling off. Oh well, at least I can literally say I shed off from my old skin. harhar.
