Been wanting to get a multimedia device for myself so I could have something to use whenever I travel. At least I’d have something to keep me busy whenever I wait inside a bus to arrive to the destination. Reading a book doesn’t really help especially when you travel at night. Hence, a music player or multimedia player would be great.

New Laptop
October 13, 2011 — edcelI’m thinking of getting a new laptop in order to prepare for a new lifestyle next year. I’m hyped up but I’m not yet sure if I should invest on one knowing that my current computer is still working fine. It’s also costly to buy one when I don’t have any returns yet.
New Watch
October 4, 2011 — edcelI got home and saw my brother with a new watch on his wrist. He said he got it at a discount which for sure is not really that big of a sale. Was wondering what came over him and why he bought one. For sure, he’s been eyeing on getting one for himself for quite some time already. But I’m not really sure, I don’t really find it interesting.

September 30, 2011 — edcelSo I tried to apply for another line of work. I’m not sure yet how the interview process went. It was a bit nerve-wracking knowing that I wasn’t able to answer as much as I could. I just came from the office and I had no sleep but that’s should never be an excuse. Every time you walk to your prospect employer, you should be at your best – regardless of any reason.
dress down
September 30, 2011 — edcelDue to the bad weather, the site has issued a number of dress-down days in order to relieve the employee from prepping up for work. It wouldn’t be a good sight to see somebody coming in to work with their best and yet become all wet.

September 14, 2011 — edcelIt’s already mid September and Christmas is definitely just around the corner. I can’t believe it’s going to be how many months now before the year is about to end. Cliché as it might be, time flies. Been going through a lot of things lately and I’m going on another trip again. I’m saving up for it so I can finally take advantage of the time I’ll be spending by myself. I hope to meet a close friend in the process though.
Useless Weekend
September 11, 2011 — edcelEver had a weekend that was spent without doing anything? You had everything planned out so you could cover as much ground as possible and yet, you didn’t do anything. This is actually good if you were able to get a good night’s rest in both days off but when you were constantly online and yet you were so unproductive that you’re still where you’re at when you thought of finally finishing tasks that were pending a long time ago.

I was too conscious before about people hearing my voice as I am too critical of myself. Anyway, I’m losing my voice in the process as I’m also facilitating different talks and sessions at the office with my line of work.
Friend in Need
August 25, 2011 — edcelI’ve a friend who feels a little down the past few days. She’s been having problems with work and it feels like she just wants to be gone for awhile. But who wouldn’t be stressed with all the number hours that she dedicates at the office on a daily basis without getting proper compensation for the extra time. But it’s partly herself to blame. Still, I can’t help but understand her situation. I’ve been through the same problem as before.
Gym or Not?
August 24, 2011 — edcelI told myself a couple of months ago that I’ll be going to the gym so I can maintain an active lifestyle again. However, I haven’t been able to do so because of being swamped with work (excuses). I need to catch up on blogging about my experiences too, so I can finally finish those articles that are waiting to be written. I still have a lot of time until the end of the year but I should be preparing myself for something else next.

August 20, 2011 — edcelI’m having fun taking panoramic shots these days and I’m happy with the turnaround of events. I hope to place them one day in a good album without ever thinking about the width of the monitor. It’s a bit difficult to get good panoramas especially without a tripod to use. But I’ll get by once I have a good and steady platform to place the camera on.
Need a Break
August 18, 2011 — edcelI need another break. I’ve been doing a lot of tasks that I think are way beyond my normal deliverables and it seems like I’ve been compromised in the process of fulfilling another person’s obligation. Sure, I’m down with the extra work but I just hope that in due time, proper credit will be given not in the form of words. I’m still waiting for something big to happen but in the mean time, I’m taking small steps on my side in order to add more value to what I already have. I just need to keep this up to ensure that things will still go according to plan. This will benefit me in the end and I just have to wait a little more if I want things to work the way I want them to work.
Campout
August 18, 2011 — edcelI’m almost done finishing my posts about Nagsasa Cove in Zambales as well as it’s neighboring destinations. It was a grand break even if it was only for three days. The best part about it was that I didn’t spend as much as I thought I would. We were on a budget and it was budget that was well-accounted for. I’m not entirely sure when I’ll be able to go back on another trip but I’m just glad that somehow, my cash flow is moving at the right direction. I’ll probably take some more time until I can finally book another flight again.
