Whenever I feel that I want to be healthy, I do my best to eat oatmeal and fruits. Because of the food is rich in fiber and natural antioxidants (haha, I sound like a talent for a coffee ad) I tend to use the bathroom as fast as

I just had a check up as part of the company’s way of promoting wellness. It turns out that when I had my bone density examined, I lacked calcium in my body. I am osteopenic which is already a step before osteoporosis. My bones are brittle and that I need to drink some capsules to have the needed 1200 grams of calcium per day.

Since I got sick and I haven’t gone to the doctor, I resulted to eating veggies and fish or fruits for lunch or dinner. Also, I’ve been drinking Gatorade non-stop to keep me hydrated after going back and forth the bathroom. This has been a bummer. I’ve been sick since the weekend which was supposed to be my days off where I can hang loose. Instead, I just stayed at home and waited for the sickness to subside.

renew

I plan to renew my gym membership. It’s already been two weeks since I last went to the gym and exercised. Right now, I’m actually eating more than the usual intake and it seems like I’ll be bloated again. Long before everybody sees me, I’ll be back with some flab again. Supposedly, I would lose some weight because of some diet, but then I would regain them back but it’s more on muscles.

marathon

I’m already done with my membership from a local gym for the month and it seems that I’ve already gotten thinner with my current weight since I lost about five pounds in total and people have already noticed that I am indeed thinner. In any case, I wish to continue working out so I can build some muscles so I wouldn’t look lanky.

grew thinner

Before it was 150, I went down to 145. From 32 to 30. I lost 5 pounds and 2 inches? –> haha, I sound like a Dodo from an As Seen on TV commercial testifying for a product that promises you’ll get your desired body in just 2 weeks!  Haha.

weight issues

Already lost some weight and a couple of people have already noticed. Now’s time for me to take charge in toning my body so I won’t look flabby. I’ve been trying to put some more energy in working out but sometimes my body just can’t keep up that’s why I won’t force it as much. What I’m doing already is watch what I eat to make sure that I don’t get too much of everything. It’s nice to eat in moderation but still maintain balance in what food I get.

and now my joints are sore. Haha. It’s the first time I was able to sleep straight and I didn’t want to get up for work in a very long while! I need to fix some screws first and I know this will be temporary since I haven’t really had any major physical activity the past few weeks. But now that I’m back, even for a month only, at least I’ll have something to be busy with while doing something productive aside from just working my ass off by sitting. I hope I can achieve the body I want to be physically fit. Now, I just need to get some painkillers.
