However, I called HSBC and Power Mac Center (their partner store) and they said that they now included the 8GB 4th generation iPod Touch as part of the same promo. At 20 percent off, it is payable still in 24 months.
A reader asked me though about a higher storage of the same iPod Touch. What if I get the 32 GB instead of an 8 GB? I already mentioned this in a my second previous post that one can get a 32 GB but the percent off would only be 5%. It’s called an UPGRADE. The 32 GB will be payable in 18 months instead of the 24. For me, it’s already a good deal considering it’s still at 0% interest installment.
The only problem is that there is NO stock available for the 32 GB in all Power Mac Centers in Manila! I called some time last week and they’re still waiting for new stocks. This is a total bummer because I’m from Cebu and I’ll be going to Manila next week. I planned on getting the 32 GB iPod Touch through the HSBC Credit Card Promo but they said they don’t have any stock. I hope that during my visit, I’ll be able to get a unit for myself because I’ve been wanting to get an iPod Touch for a long time and HSBC’s voucher for this promo would’ve been the best option. I’ll be heading to the Power Mac Center this January 18 so I hope there’s a unit that is ready. Crossing my fingers…
