It’s been raining hard the past few days. The weather report on the news channel says that there’s another typhoon that’s going to hit the region which is not really surprising since it’s the rainy season and everybody’s sporting the latest jacket or sweater at work. Now I have to wonder if I should go on dress down or still be in a business casual attire whenever I go to the office since we’re excused to wear the former if it’s been raining crazy.
Anyway, with an air conditioned office and not being able to go out as often as I should, it gets really cold most of the time even if I’m located at the corner-most of the room where I’m not really getting hit directly but the air conditioning unit. Still, I try my best to cover myself with a blanket or even a shirt made of wool to keep me warm.
I remember one time when we were on vacation at the coldest spot in the country, my brothers and I were still yound and we had to make do with Ugly Sweaters that my mom and pop bought just to beat the cold. Indeed it kept us warm but it was funny looking back at our pictures and our get-ups. I can’t really do anything much but recall some of these memories on rainy days like this which still is in my memory.
